Vortech Pro is now available on the Apple App Store. Field service businesses can install the app on iPhone and iPad starting today, alongside the existing Android version on Google Play.
This puts the full Vortech Pro platform — tiered dispatch, live GPS, in-field card processing, Specialist tier routing, and office-to-tech chat — on every device your team carries. Office managers run dispatch on iPad in the back office. Technicians run jobs on iPhone in the truck. Same data, same backend, same real-time sync.

What's available in the iOS app
The iOS app is the complete Vortech Pro platform — not a stripped-down companion app. Every feature available on the web dashboard works on iPhone and iPad. Here's what that means in practice.
Tiered Routing
Platinum, Gold, and Silver tiers dispatch jobs in waves to your closest qualified tech first. No mass-blast notifications waking up your whole crew at 2am.
Specialist Tier
Designate techs as specialists for specific job types. Leads route to that pool only — closest to farthest, in waves. Maximize response speed, minimize gas and overhead.
Stripe Connect Integration
Charge customer credit cards in the field directly from your iPhone. Funds land in your company Stripe account same day. 1% platform fee — much lower than industry standard 2.9%.
Live GPS Tracking
Real-time location of every truck. Customers get accurate ETAs through automated SMS. Dispatchers reroute on the fly when traffic or job overruns happen.
Job Photo Capture
Techs document before and after work directly in the app. Photos sync to the customer record automatically. Disputes resolved with proof, not memory.
Office-to-Tech Chat
Built-in messaging means no more phone tag during emergency calls. Dispatcher and tech communicate inside the app, with full job context attached.
Full Dashboard on iPad
Office managers get the same dispatch board, customer records, and reporting on iPad as they do on the web. Run the operation from anywhere.
Real-Time Sync
iOS, Android, and web all read and write to the same backend. A job dispatched from the office shows up on the technician's phone within seconds.
Built for trades businesses
Vortech Pro was built specifically for field service operators in the locksmith, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, garage door, mobile mechanic, and adjacent trades. The dispatch logic, the workflow, the pricing model — all designed around how trades operations actually run.
The iOS launch matches that audience. The most common operational setup we see is office staff on iPad and field technicians on iPhone, with the occasional Android tech in the mix. Now everyone runs the same app on their preferred device.
For existing customers: the iOS app reads from the same account as the web dashboard and Android app. Download on iPhone or iPad, log in with your existing credentials, and your data is already there.
Available on every platform
Three clients, one platform. Whether your office manager prefers a Mac with Chrome, your tech runs an old Android phone, or your dispatcher just got a new iPad — Vortech Pro works the same on all of them.
What's next
The iOS launch closes a gap that mattered for a lot of operators: the App Store badge on the website. Trades businesses have always run iPhone-heavy at the management level, and "iOS coming soon" is no longer the answer when an office manager asks how their staff can use Vortech Pro on their personal phone.
Next up on the roadmap is deeper integration with the Apple ecosystem — CarPlay support for techs on the road, Siri Shortcuts for hands-free job updates, and Apple Wallet integration for digital invoicing. Track progress on the public roadmap.
For operators on Vortech Pro already, the iOS app should appear on the App Store when you search "Vortech." Tap install, log in with your existing credentials, and you're running. For operators who haven't tried it yet, the 30-day free trial is open at app.vortechpro.com/register.
